Please note that shipping estimates do not include our production time, as every piece is handmade to order.
Standard shipping within the EU is via FedEx Standard.
For most destinations outside the EU, standard shipping is via registered priority national post.
Express shipping is available worldwide via FedEx Express or DHL Express.
Shipping within Greece is express via Elta Courier, or Box Now upon request.
All shipping options include tracking.
Import Duties & Taxes
United States:
All import duties and taxes are included. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional customs fees to pay upon delivery.
European Union:
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties or customs charges.
All other destinations:
Orders shipped outside the EU (excluding USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import charges. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities, are the responsibility of the customer, and will be collected by the shipping carrier or customs office upon delivery.
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and custom-made items cannot be returned.
For orders shipped to the USA, a 10% restocking fee applies. This helps cover the non-recoverable import duties, customs processing and handling costs associated with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipments.
