Who makes your products?

All our products are handcrafted by our team of skilled women artisans in Northern Greece.

How do I care for my product?

Mohair, wool, cotton — We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or softener. Do not wring or scrub, just gently rinse with fresh water. Carefully lay your knit on a clean towel, adjust its shape and let it air dry, away from the sun. Always store your hand knit garments folded, rather than hanging them, to protect their shape.

Raffia — Please don't wash our raffia bags, just gently spot clean with a damp cloth, if needed.

Can you help me find my size?

Of course! Just send us your measurements and we'll help you pick the right size for you. We could also make a customised size for you according to your measurements. Send an email to info@plexidaknitwear.com or fill in the form here.

Do you accept custom orders?

Since our hand knits are made to order, we can happily customise the sizing for you for a perfect fit. If you're looking for a special color or yarn, maybe we could help you too, don't hesitate to email us at info@plexidaknitwear.com to discuss your custom knit.

Please note that custom made or personalised items are not returnable.

Shipping

How long does it take you to prepare an item?

Being a slow fashion brand, most of our garments are made to order and knitting time can take up to 1 week for tops & bralettes, and 1-3 weeks for sweaters & cardigans.

If you need your order sooner, please send us a message as we usually keep a limited stock of some of our most popular styles so we can ship them immediately.

Most of our accessories, like bags, turbans and hats, are ready to ship and ship within 1-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies on location and shipping method, please take a look at our Shipping & Returns page for more.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free international standard shipping on all orders over €100.

For orders less than €100, standard shipping costs €5.

Express shipping via DHL Express starts from €14 and differs by destination. See more on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anythere in the world.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Please note that if you place an order outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. We are not responsible for these charges and they will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs as they vary by country:

- United States: orders over $800 may be subject to fees.

- UK: orders over £135 may be subject to fees.

My Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can make changes to your order, or update your shipping address, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Please send us an email at info@plexidaknitwear.com or fill in the form here to cancel your order or change the order's details.

What is your return policy?

You can return your package within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange as soon as we receive it. We only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and unaltered.

Please note that shipping fees and any taxes paid won't be refunded and custom made or personalised items are not returnable.
